Hi I have a reliance(gsm) connection and the no is 7667986749.Every time I recharge my prepaid account and reliance automatically and randomly deduct the money from it without informing me. They also activate different unnecessary services to my prepaid account and deduct money for the same.Whenever I call to customer care they every time say that the service is activated at your end.Nearly I have given six to seven complaints regarding this problem but every time they take complaint and again my amount will be deducted.They always assure that again it will not happen but again and again it is happening.Some times they refund money but again deduct that amount,even more they deduct.Please some one help I am really scared to get recharge my number.I want permanent solution.Few complaint no so far I lodged are 171081631,170348836,170027576,169816320.
