I recharged with amount of ₹51 for the internet pack on 07-02-2012,, but i did not receive the data balance,, i thought there might be some problem, it will come sooner,, but it didnt come , next day when i again went to the retailer,he says that the balance has been cut from his account , now he made contact with the customer care,, he said that they are saying the transaction might have cancelled and my money is lost..as i was in need of internet so again I recharged with the same amount. now the data did come... but i had to pay ₹102 for a recharge of ₹51..and i had to bear a loss of ₹51,,now I want my money back.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.. my reliance no. is 8881395348.,, and secondary is 9045777839..
