I recieved a postpaid bill(Relationship No. : 500002595396) from reliance on Oct 14th, 2011 to pay a bill of 1392.00 rupees before Oct 31st 2011. But without intimation they disconnected my number temporarly. I called to customercare regarding this. They said that it is disconnected because of not paying the bill. But Bill due date is Oct 31st 2011. I paid the bill on Oct 20, 2011 (Receipt No.AM17498693).

Earlier I had Reliance GSM Prepaid connection. One executive from Reliance called me and said about a postpaid plan and asked me to convert to postpaid. After converting to postpaid connection, they charged me with different rates. I asked reliance nodal officer regarding this.He asked me to go Rworld store and launch a complaint. But in Rworld they didnt taken my complaint. Finally they said that the executive who called me regarding postpaid plan cheated me for fullfilling his monthly targets.

I was completly cheated by this Reliance Network. They are not responding properly when we talk to customer care. Noone is answering properly till now.

I request you take proper action against this.
