I have been reliance GSM postpaid customer for more than 6 months , I am a regular net user and have Data plan of 2.5 GB activated on my number. for last two months i was being charged for Data usages on RWORLD , further investigating and raising complaints with the nodal Office I came to know that this was for India games.
I never used this services, and have no reason to pay for any services that India games provides me.

Contacting India games representatives for reliance I came to know that clicking on a link of India games automatically subscribes for Daily deduction of 5 rs, whether I am using this service or not. There is no confirmation or SMS information of the services.
It just reflects in the bill as RWORLD usages and you are charged.

Reliance Nodal officers were repeatedly sending me to their India games representative and denying the fact that there is any waiver.

These service providers have been charging many innocent customers without their concern. This is simply fraud business that India games have started. TRAI and other governing bodies should keep an eye on them.
