madam,
4 days are already passed , i am not able to understand why your team is shying away from problem and at least declare that you can not attend and sort out this network problem?
as told many times we are not interested in reliance but unfortunetly my mobile number which matters most for communication ,
with this please do not send any mail stating that your complain will be resolved in 24 hours.
you people could not set this right for 4000 hours ( six months )
