I m a reliance user from a long time. I wanted to port to other operator some time back and tried to port. At that time reliance employee's asked me to remain with them and said they will provide me reliance to reliance free for six months. So i agreed with them and asked me to sign some papers. Now its almost two months and they have yet not configured that reliance to reliance free on my number. I called concerned people several time.. they were not even picking up my call. When i meet them in there office then they said sir u can call and we will give u waver in end. I m still getting bill with all amount without any adjustments. And i don't want this. If they can't add this in my bill then i can't take a pain of ask them again that what amount i have to pay and all these things. Now when i again tried to port my number then they are not allowing me and rejecting requesting my request. They say when we have given you that R2R free at that time u signed a paper where u were accepted that u can't port for 1 year. What a shitt they are giving me R2R free for six month and asking me to be with reliance for a year. Its a totl fraud and cheating. I m tired of these reliance employees and their excuses. Now i don't want to stay with them in any case.. i just want to port my number to other operator.

the Scanned copy which reliance executive has asked me for is sent.. was waiting from there response but no response received today....................

Another day passed no reply from reliance.. Even scanned copy is mailed to them on Saturday... Don't know what they are doing?????

its a week now... still no reply from reliance... Once they called me and asked me for some document... I have emailed them on last saturday adter that its so many days no response from them... And In there udaipur office they give all use less excuses..... Reliance don't value for there customers... After being with reliance from so long time... i m tired of them.... useless support... worst telecom operator....

to many time i send msg on 1900 for port no. But Reliance not provided me port no ealier when they provide no. But my no. Not port because they are not co oprate with my new operator
