On december 1st an amount of Rs 49 was deducted from my account,I ingnored because it was not a big amount,then,on december 2nd an amount of Rs 30 was again deducted for which i went to the customer care center nearby(RELIANCE WEB WORLD,DADER WEST,MUMBAI).On listening to it they told me that a service was acivated on my mobile by mistake and accepted my complaint and promised to resolve in next 2 working days but no action was taken by them.I went there again and they made the same promise.I even discovered that an amount of Rs 5 was being deducted every day(from 2nd dec to 14th dec 2011) for the same service. when i called on 5th of december to check whether my complaint was considered or not, I came to know that my complaint was not even registered,then and then i registered my complaint and asked for my complaint no. and I called up reliance again and again to resolve this problem but every time there were foul promises by them.
I received a msg on 14th Dec that Rs 79 has been credited to my account but I received an amount of just Rs 5.
Now its the end of the month and nothing has been done to resolve my problem.
I hope that the concerned authorities will help me in the best possible way.
