I am Advocate S.R.Palaniswamy
I bought samsung GTC-3212 mobile phone ON 16.2.2011. One year warranty was provided at that time.

Recently my phone MICK AND SPEAKER NOT WORK,
I submitted my phone to a SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS LTD. authorized service center "CROWN ENGINEERS" in 4/649B Andavar Nagar, Trichy Road, Namakkal, on 16.02.2011.

It is being more than 12 days, they are ignoring my calls, not answering properly, not stating the exact problem, behaving in a very bad manner also. They are not attending warranty mobile services.

Please advice me, what to do in this situation!
