    Default Samsung Mobile Service

    I have given my Samsung mobile to repair on 5/9/2011 as it was getting auto off and on. that time they told that it is a software issue it will take 2 days time but they give me mobile back on 10/9/2011, i took my mobile and came back to home and checked that they uploaded a wrong soft ware. i.e instead of Samsung Corby WiFi they uploaded Samsung Corby software. i took back mobile to them back on 21/9/2011 and explained them the problem. then they asked me to keep the mobile there for re repair and t will take one week time. but after one month (19/10/2011) they called me and telling that there is a mother board issue w cant repair the mobile, that time i asked the technician he told me that mother board is dead because of wrong software is uploaded. i went to service center and asked them what happened that time they telling that as it is purchased in out of country we cant repair this.

    while i giving mobile for repair it was only soft ware issue. and then they uploaded the wrong software and spoiled the mobile.

    Default Samsung Metro 3310 i

    Sir I was purchased a Samsung Metro 3310 i from Mamta Gift Collection & Mobile Shop, Shahganj Agra Road Agra on 06/04/2011 (Bill No. 435). It's IEMI is 355719/04/253024/2.

    Sir I am facing lot of problems in this set. After contacting to your Agra based authorized Service Center named SPIDER SOLUTIONS Sanjay Place Agra (U.P.) but they are unable to rectify the fault.

    On 27/08/2011 I again visit to Spider Solutions Sanjay Place Agra. They advice me to left the Mobile since it;sMother Plate is FAULTY and it will take about 10 to 15 days.Although this time main problem was that Charger was not working (Defective) and poor battery backup.They hand over my handset on 14/09/2011 without test check. When I checked it at my home I was surprised to see that set was still having the same problems.

    Again I visit the Spider Solutions on 17/10/2011 and lodged complaint , they asked me to left the set and told that charger was out of Warranty. After % days I collect my handset from the service center in the same defective conditions.This time they simply update the software.Till then my Handset is not in working order.

    I wants to know that company will take appropriate action in this case. It is the harassment of the customer.. Kindly changed my Handset with a new one, otherwise I will be abide to visit Consumer Court.
    Thanks for such poor after sales service.
