Default selling of faulty mobile hand set by Samsung

    dear sir/ma'am,

i had bought a samsung corby on 26 Jan 2010. and since 13 Feb 2010 the phone was with their authorised dealer for repairs until 12 March 2010 when he finally returned the phone unrepaired. he repaired for incoming call alert but its vibrating alert was not repaired. i got the phone back after a week when i came to know about the defect i went to dealer and again deposited the phone with him on 23 feb 2010. it was lying for the repairs since then. i have been at loss till now. i spoke to their customer care but all in vain. i know, it makes no differnce to their firm but i'll tell all my near and dear ones not to purchase samsung product. three of my freinds have the similar experience and they are saying that they will propogate their bad response through net also. it will affect their goodwill.

moreover, now again the incoming call alert is not working. vibrating alert was as it is not wrking. in their site they are showing the warranty is claimed. their dealer Shiv Parvati Repair Centre, Singadh Road pune was not responding to my phne calls only. Nobody from customer care also bothered to contact even when i e-mailed them. I bought my mobile on 26 Jan 2010 and since then I am not able to use it just because they preferred to sell a defective piece. their dealer neither gives anything in writing that the mobile has been repaired or not. Is it just to avoid legal suites? I'll never ever use a Samsung product. I had the impression that their firm was one of the best but it is other way round. Pathetic services they provide and very bad coustomer care response. I wanted to raise the level of complaint but there is no procedure for that.

i purchased the phone for net surfing and daily trading. because of their fault i am loosing and mental stress is also there because of their insensitive behaviour. I had to travel to thier so called authorised dealer phisically whose shop used to be closed half of the time and he never picked up the phone so that i could take feedback and visit him once the feedback is positive.

i want my money back Rs 9048/ (Nine Thousand forty eight only) the cost of the phone because i don't want to use their products any more. and the mental harassment they caused, I want Rs 5000/-.

    yours sincerely,
    Gopal Arjyal

Ok we might not have been able to do much about this problem but this issue of yours has been making a lot of noise at all the news sites... Check these pages :

And its at a lot of other places as well so I am expecting Samsung to atleast have another look at your issue and this time "do" something about it.

I would be glad to see this problem resolved to your satisfaction and hopefully it will be soon if Samsung as a company cares about its reputation.
