I have brought Sony Ericsson w395 in march 24 2010, i got defective handset so i consulted with authorized service center in panjim. They made service on that handset by changing motherboard of the set. But i am facing problems like hanging application, no network at all etc. So again consulted service center but and again they change board of handset.. I am facing these problem again and again and same process is done by service center. And now i dont want to take risk any more thats why i spoke with company to make full refund but the are not listening to me.More than 15 days are taking by service center to make repair no stand by phone is given to customer.
