I had purchased a spice QT-55 mobile(IMCI-910040820529647)on 16-7-2010,worth rs3575 from "Maa abbey mobile shop",F-Block market,alpha-2,greater noida.Neither at the time of purchase it was told to me,nor it was written anywhere in the manual etc.,that the phone can be replace within 7days of purechase if fount faulty.Within 6-7 days,my mbl suddenly got switched of one day and never switched back on.We took the phone to the shop and and the shopkeeper said that the spice centre is in noida and f we take it there it will be fixed.I am a busy house wife with a kid.moreover i cannot go to noida by myself.My husband works 9-5weekdays,its was not possible for hime to reach noida till 6pm.And spice centres also work ONLY DURING WEEKDAYS TILL 6pm.Isn't that frustating.why do they sell mobiles in such remote places where they cannot reach there services.
Anyways,anyhow we managed to find a friend who lives in noida(but work 9-5).After a long wait, aweekday happened to be a holiday and he took the phone to the spice centre,and discovered that the centre has been shifted to another sector of noida which is even farther from his place.
Still he decided to go there.Again after a long wait he found a weekday of and managed to reach ther and got it fixed.They told that the phone was DEEP DISCHARGED.
He brought the phone in office,my husband checked it,it was working fine.But within 2-3 hours,something again went wrong.Now the mbl phone was not detecting sim.
Now we kept on waiting for weeks to get a day off on weekday...but it didn't happened.
So,we decided to take help from someone else.who managed to get it fixed.But the spice guys told him that since the phone has been OPENED once so it will not come under warrenty and they will not check it.So he got it done for rs200.He handed over the phone to me and we used it for around 4-5 hours and again it suddenly got switched off.WE cahrged it overnight.But its not getting switched on?
What should I do now.I have wasted my money.Can I get my money back.Or is there someone from spice who would help me?
