Yesterday (Sept 8th) Internet speed test returned 0.09MBPS on 3G Tata Docomo dongle . I was not doing this test at some remote corner of country but Whitefield at Bangalore. More or less this speed I was getting for past few days. When I contacted customer care got answer that I have already reached 5GB limit & so 128 kbps speed limit applies.
But when I told that speed I getting is 9kbps & not 128 kbps - got a flat answer that 128 kbps is max speed and Tata Docomo can't comment about min. speed.
So unsatisfied with customer care , written mail to listen@tatadocomo.com....... explained the situation and requested for help. See what reply is received today ---

So Mr. BharathKumar suggesting that I should again call to customer care .......... sound like playing table tenis.
Is this coming from House of Tata? I got great respect for Tata but afraid that for utterly inefficient Tata Docomo & its people like Bharathkumar - many people like me will be cursing the very name.
Hopefully someone sensible at Tata Docomo is reading this thread.............
