My name is Akash shukla and my Docomo mobile no. is 9616144163. I have recharged with Rs 18 tariff after seeing on given link
Online Prepaid Recharge | Online Mobile Recharge | Prepaid Mobile Recharge Online - Tata DOCOMO that is tatadoccomo website. As i was not able to recharge online so that i called
customer care and asked them for recharge on 17th January but i did not get any recharge successful confirmation but my balance
was deducted. Then again i called customer care and i asked them that i did not get message for recharge and they said no issue but
your tariff of Rs 18 on your no. has been activated and you can take advantages of 1paisa 2 seconds for any std call but first call of the
day will be 1 paisa per second, i said ok and i asked that will this tariff work on core and main balance both? so they said yes.
But finally my tariff was not working as it is was told me. So i called again customer care and i told, then one person over there said "sir give me 24 hours time and your problem will be resolved there is some wrong with this tariff". I said ok take your time, but after passing24 hours problem was not resolved. I again called customer care and then one agent over their said that "your tariff is working properly".As i was not satisfied with that conversation i asked him to transfer the call to any senior first he disconnected the call then i called again and finally i was connected to one senior but my bad luck he said same that tariff is working and That person was actually misleading me.He (customer care senior ) was saying that " with Rs 18 tariff first std call of the day will be 1paisa 2 seconds and then it will be 1paisa per seconds" that is completely wrong even i am shocked how is he in senior department. But it was but enough for me. I called on nodal desk contact no. they put my call on hold for 3 to 4 times and around 15 to 20 minutes each time and after around 45 minutes paid conversation that nodal desk girl was saying that we don't have any Rs 18 tariff for std calls again it was very funny and shocking for me.Then i told her to see that tariff on tatadocomo website finally she got that and she agreed with me and she was ready to take complain. But how foolish is this? she did not give me complain no. she just gave me the refrence no. of conversation that is 1275479481 after waiting 24 hours i called again nodal desk and they were saying that "there is no complain for this no.(9616144163) and he asked me to explain everything again whatever i had told while wasting 58 minutes previous day. After 20 minutes conversation he gave me one complain no. that is prrg09608274. on 23rd jan with that i also had the complain no. gbl0921682412 provided by customer care on 21jan. Finally i got a call regarding complain one girl was there and she asked me everything again and said "she can return the value of recharge that is Rs18. I said no i don't want that i wasted my all balance while using this tariff that is not working correctly and then i asked her to check all details of calls she said give me 24 hours more time i said ok. Next day i again got a call i explained him everything and he said first that any tariff does not work on core/pool balance and then he said "sir our system is not working we will check and get back to you again". then i recharged with Rs 20 for main balance even then tariff was not working I was almost fedup with your services but called customer care again for asking the status of my complain but your sleepy customer care agent was not telling me the status of my complain he was asking me to explain the problem again that i did not do i asked will you please tell me the status of my complain he said:"no" i said can i talk to your any senior? he again replied "no".
and then i tried chat support option of tatadocomo.com, one customer care agent was saying that Rs 18 tariff works for ISD calls.Finally asked one more time to chat support for complain and they again gave me a complain no. that prrg09613097.
