Hello Sir/Ma'am..
Rs. 52/- balanc has been deducted frm my account balanc on 7th november at 2:00 pm. for a subscription of any anushka sharma content accordng to customer care executive.As i contact them for ths problem they only said this balanc couldn't be refundable nd also said tht u can easly chck the downloadable content by going through the your Dive-in ->my account and simple chck the content.
As i checkd the account i found nothng in it and whn i calld them to register my complaint them they only made my fool by sayng tht we have registerd ur complaint nd the complaint no. will be snded to u by a txt msg.
bt whn i call bck to them nxt morng i came to knw by anothr care executive tht none of the complaint ws noted down by them last night.
i ws helpless since last mnth bcz evry time whn i gt rechrg my phn, any of the plan will be activated by them nd evry time thr is a money deduction....some time the money was refunded by them but most of the time i received no responce.
please help me as soon as possible....
