I Gautam Punj using a TATA DOCOMO Mobile No. +919034029228 from last 1 year and never had problem regarding my bills but on 11-11-11 i received a message regarding my barring status which is something like that yours service had been barred due to high usage and when i tried to contact some customer care 121 they said we cant clear yours status till yours bill doesnt get generated and when the bill was generated its of rs 5665 in which they had charged for data usage 3G(3400)+2G(600) of Rs.4000 in just 4 days that is from 8.11.11 to 11.11.11 m saying this because i purchased a new mobile on 8.11.11 and on 11.11.11 the service had been barred,when i called to their customer care they said sir we cant do anything you have to contact our nodal officer and when i called at their NODAL OFFICER they said me we are lodging a complaint for your no. and our representative will contact u back on yours alternative no. but till today when noone contact me back i recalled at that nodal no. they said sorry yours complaint hadnt been lodged because u discconnected that call and today once again said we are lodging yours complaint and yours complaint no. is 288656459 and our executive will contact u till 6.12.11 which i still have to live without my no. till then AND NOW MY COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY IS AS FOLLOW.
1. MY CREDIT LIMIT IS OF Rs. 3400 HOW THEY CAN GO TOO BEYOND OF THAT AS MINE BILL IS NOW OF Rs.5665.
2. WHEN I NEVER SENT ANY REQUEST OF ACTIVATING MY 3G SERVICES THEN HOW THEY CAN ACTIVATE THAT SERVICE ON MY NO.

ALL I WANT THAT MY 3G CHARGES SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM MY BILL IM NOT ASKING FOR ANY CLL CHARGES OR OTHER CHARGES SHOULD DEDUCTED JUST I WANT MINE 3G CHARGES GET DEDUCTED
