The Installation date was 15-4-2011 one tata photone + and one cell phone are combined conection. today i want to cancell the connection becasue of their bad behavour and very bad talking. the second issue i stop using the photone from july 2011 and the phone from sep 2011 vide notice to their website the request notes for discconnection and terminate connection's are 322311 on 27-7-2011, 324392 on 30-7-2011 and 344790 on 4-9-2011,. But still the bill are generated. and i am paying the penaly of our govt neglegencies. becasue they ( Tata Indicom) say " What could you do - I never stop or terminate you connecton - I know the loop of the govt - i do not give any paper document suppor to our word or key. Haa haa haa .
