I have been an customer of Tata Indicom no. 9212695222. Two of my friends and me had taken the Tata Indicom postpaid connection. But when we received the bill for the month of August 2011, wrong billing was done and the bill amount was much higher then what we had used. We repeatedly asked the concerned Tata people that to check our bill, but they never did so and rather kept on adding to our bill the 'so called' rental amount. When we took the connection the rental we opted for was 150rs.& we totally stopped the using the Tata indicom connection.Later they converted the rental to 323rs which was totally out of the world inspite of we not using the connection any longer. And moreover these Tata people keep on calling every now & then at odd hours, creating disturbance, nuisance & harassment.
What should be our course of action now? We are really fed up with this continuous disturbance. Please help.
