Dear Sir/madam

I had tata photon plus postpaid connection having account no:935874829 and tata indicom no:09207000410 which is from assam circle.But it got damaged in august,i repeatedly called your customer support team to disconnect my account as it had been damaged and they assured me that it would be disconnected..But everytime i got the bill and it got double every month..

As i dont stay in assam anymore,i just came to know that my landlord got a legal notice to pay an amount of 5k approx..

Please check into this matter..

Dear team

But on the day my tataphoton device got damaged,i have complaint your customer care several times to disconnect my connection and as i am not in assam so was not able to submit a written letter,in which reply they said that your connection would be disconnected.I haven't used your service too..
