I took this uninor number recently and I can say one thing for sure that it is a thief and one of the worst mobile service providers in the country. Today they deducted 30 rs from my account on pretext of activating the chat service without my knowledge. When I tried to call the customer care, it was unresponsive as usual.Not only this few days back they activated my caller tune and deducted 15 rs for that when I never pressed any button. When I confronted them for this they told me they can't do anything straight face.I don't understand one thing that how all these services are getting activated without even me touching the phone.It's unbelivable and becoming intolerable. It's my money and nobody has right to take it without my permission, no matter how small it is. They do this on a regular basis conning the customers, thinking nobody can do anything.
