    Default Unnecessary deduction of Balance

    Hello,

My mobile number is 9804663121. I used the MNP to switch from Aircel to Reliance GSM about 6 months back. I am facing a strange issue of unnecessary deduction of balance from my prepaid account. When I was with Aircel, I susbscribed to Blyk scheme in which Aircel used to send me MMS. Although, I have moved from Aircel, but they have not stopped sending me the MMS. The Reliance customer care tells me that I try to access internet and as such the balance gets deducted. I feel that it might be because of the MMS that Aircel sends me. Please note that I have not able to see any of the MMS sent by Aircel in the last few months. I tried to call Reliance customer care and they told me to contact Aircel customer care as the MMS are sent by them. On speaking to Aircel, they told me to contact Reliance. I also dropped emails to Aircel grievance cell but they have not responded to any of them.

I do not know whom to contact and I feel cheated by these companies. I have been facing this issue for quite a long time and now really feel frustrated.

    Please help!!!

    Hello,

This has been a quite a few days that I posted my complaint. Although, RCOM care has ensured that they would get in touch with me but no effort has been made from their side to resolve this issue.

    Kindly do the needful.
