I am user of videocon prepaid telecom service,
I am facing problem of unwanted , forced subscriptions of Videocon's hellotune service. they had put very vulgar song as my hellotune. i am unable to call their customer service as when I dial their number, 198, they cut my phone without a responce. theyhave deducted my balance many times. please take serious action
