RESPECTED SIR,
MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING FRAUD SERVICES BY VIDEOCON MOBILE SERVICES..
I USE SIM OF VIDEOCON FROM SIX MONTHS APPROX..BUT THIS COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT STARTS SEVICES WITHOUT ASKING FROM US.!
AS MY EXAMPLE PERSONAL..YESTERDAY NIGHT I SLEPT & SWITCHED OFF MY CELL & WHEN I WAKE UP IN MORNING THERE WAS A MESSAGE AS "YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED 38/- RS FOR CALLER TUNE ACTIVATING"
I HAVEN'T DIALED ANY REQUEST OR REPLIED TO THEIR ANY SMS THEN HOW CUM MY SERVICE GOT STARTED?
THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TO ME ONLY WITH MY FRIENDS & FAMILY ONES ALSO..VIDEOCON IS PROVIDING LOW CALL RATES PLANS BUT AT THE SAME TIME CHEATING PEOPLE ALSO WITH SUCH FRAUD EFFORTS BY STARING OR IMPOSING UNACCEPTED SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER OF VIDEOCON MOBILE SERVICES.
SO I WANT YOU TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY SERIVCES OR AS A SYSTEM ON WHOLE SO THAT IT CANNOT HARRASE CUSTOMERS IN FUTURE.!
