I would like to let you know about your irresponsible customer care solutions (Vodafone Mini Store- Times Telecom S-65, Gole Market, Mahanagar, Lucknow- 226006).
I had deposited Rs. 1400 cash toward my Vodafone bill (Mob. No. 8874445226) on 5 Dec 2011 at Times Telecom Mahnagar Lucknow (Receiving No. 20103) , But my bill was not update so that and i went again to the above store on 7th of Dec. to recall that my bill is not updated then the executive there told me that we will update it in half an hour, but till today my bill is not updated, also on same day evening i called to Vodafone customer care and made a complain regarding this issue about non updation of my bill.In reply Vodafone customer care h ad registered my complain and told that my bill will be updated in 22 working hours. I also got Service Registration No. 2241560052 regarding my complain.
But still my bill is not updated and i get frequent from Vodafone for non deposition of my bill. Its a case of harassment of customer from Vodafone.
Times Telecom Vodafone Store made it a general practice , they dont update bills timely, i always go to deposit bill then after one day to recall them that bill is not updated.
How long a customer of such a Huge and reputed company will have to wait for the solution of this issue. I am fed up of this type of irresponsibility. I have not only this work to submit my bill and recall again and again.
I am not only customer which suffering from Times Telecom services. There staff have no manners how to talk customer, they dont respond timely, if i ask why my bill is not updated , they answer that we have lot of work we are not here to serve only you,
these type of unmannerly behavior they do all time.
Due to these type of agents Vodafone's market and customer values are getting down.
I have decided to port out from Vodafone.
Please take necessary action against Times Telecom if you want to satisfy me.
