Hi,
this is Lav Kumar Gupta and i am more than 4 years old Vodafone customer. i have to need to migrate my no from pre to postpaid (9999766001). i have called to Vodafone Care, they have sent a perosn thru DSA (Intouch Soluation), he handed over me a new connection and taken some ID & address proof from me on 20th Oct. since the day i am giving mail to vodafone care as well as nodal office, but every time they are asking the same thing which i have provided 5 to 6 times. please suggest me what should i do for the same?
