I am a Idea user few days back i opted for number portability and want to have Vodafone service so i contacted them, a person from Vodafone come to me and collected required fee and documents from me and told me that i will get vodafone service in a week, but that does not happen so i move to Vodafone store (Lajpat nagar, Delhi). they told me that due to some reason i didn't get their service and they offer me their service again but this time again they charged me for that and told me that i will get my earlier deposited money in form of cheque within 25 days(as it was Super cc Case) but that does not happen i didn't get the refunded amount as well as their service (which they offer i.e 2nd offer). After 25 days i move to their office Vodafone Store (Lajpat Nagar, Delhi) , but this time they were not paying any attention to my case and they were asking me to come again tomorrow i did the same. Next day when i ask them where is my cheque they asked me to come after a week when i rise an objection for this and told them that i will move to consumer court, they told me you can go anywhere. they were so ridiculous that i left store with no hope. Although i am planing to make a police complain regarding this.
Staff at Lajpat nagar store are too harsh and Vodafone is a cheater company

As the url provided by You is asking for vodafone number, but i don't have a vodafone number so i register my complain with idea number , I don't know Why company like Vodafone is not paying attention to customer, it may be either that Vodafone is assumed itself to be the best or It may be that they don't need any more customer in their circle.
