    Thumbs down Vodafone - postpaid connection

    Dear Sir,



    This is to inform you that ,I have got a call from your Vodafone service number that they will provide me a plan with advance rental Rs- 999/- with 500min free usage .

    I have informed him to send an executive to my address then one executive has come to my address on 16th Dec 2011 . I have handover him Rs- 999 + 67(unbiled amount) and my documents also for ownership change,plan change and blackberry services activation . he has committed that all services will be activated within 2hour but no services has been activated till now . even the executive didn't pick up my call ,he is just disconnecting my number and switch off his mobile .

    this is not expected from Vodafone like company .

    Now I have visited to the vodafone store also and explain the same problem they are also send me diffrent vodafone stores for this matter and unable to provide me solutions

    Unhappy vodafone bill mobile no :8095551270

    dear sir/madam,
    i have connected to vodafone mobile connect on 18.01.2012 using postpaid connection. after seeing my bill amount which is more than my credit limit of Rs.2000 on 22.01.2012.i called them by 22.01.2012 to make a Rs.199 plan for 4GB .they have not notify me about my bill before crossing the credt limit (90% of my credit limit as per rules and regulations). it crossed the limit of 90% by 21.01.2012 itself.after calling them on 22.01.2012,they sent me the message by 23.01.2012 about my payment of Rs.2060. who is the sole responsible person causing the inconvenience to me.? they should send notifications before crossing the limit of Rs.2000 .it cause lot of stress on me.i need a proper answer from vodafone regarding this.i called the vodafone complaint care .they told me that it is the problem because of technical errors.How could i responsible for the technical errors of vodafone?
