I have an vodafone connection since 3 years. This company usually give advertisements about their products on T.V and ask's the costumer's to call on their tool free nos. I also called on 123. Their were many options but i simply cut off the call, After 10 mins I receives a message that Rs. 30 has been charged for matrimonial pack. I am 16 years old and why would I be interested to even to listen about this pack. These stupid vodafone company has made me fool by this trick around 8 times. They never refund our balance and just confuse us to call from here to their.

It's not at all justified.!!

I wish you'll take some serious steps towards it and I bet that out of 1 lakh people, 90 thousands of consumers will be suffering from the same problem

This is to inform you that my cell was stolen on 03dec. I had contact to vodafone store and fill all the require documents, the excutive confirm that I will receive new sim with in 24 hr but till the date I am waiting for my sim as I am handycap without my cell, I called so many times to C.C and every person is saying that my sim has been deliverd but I did not get it yet.
