The main reason for me to take a airtel 3g data card is because my wife is a patient and she can work from home if she has a data card with her.
My data card number is 96770 18930.
I have bought a new Airtel 3g data card connection on 5/1/2012. They said that it is super fast and I can go for it instead of a broadband. I live in selaiyur near tambaram in chennai. They said broadband network will not come till our area so 3g data card is the best option to go with.
I activated the same on 5/1/2012 and the speed was very fast. From the next day till date (i.e: from 6/1/2012 till date) my 3g data card is not working at all. Even if it works it takes easy 20 mins to go to a google page and to send a mail it takes 30 mins.
I have tried reaching their customer care but still there is no response from their side. The customer care numbers are 121, 198 and 18001030405. For this 3 numbers i would have called close to 35 times and still noone was able to give me a proper reply.
The total money that I have paid is as follows:
data card - 1900
activation fee - 50
Plan amount - 1250
Total - 3200
It is not at all a small money and I need this above mentioned amount to be returned back to me.
Please let me know a way forward!:mad
Request would be to please look into this and give a solution asap.
