Dear Sir,
I am Dr. Murthy residing at Visakhapatnam, have been facing the problem with AIRTEL 3G Network connectivity since 1st DECEMBER 2011 for which I have registered complaints @ Airtel office as well with higher authorities ( NODAL OFFICER & APPLET OFFICER).
Though I am having balance as well validity upto 2037 in my main account and net balance upto FEB 2012, I am getting an Error as “ Sim card Registation failed” and no connectivity at all. Now that they are asking to recharge again with Rupees 27/- to reactivate the sim for the reason unknown.
Its not the question of 27/- rupees, but I am not understanding nor getting convinced for their improper reason.
I hope you can find me a solution and kindly do the needful.
