Hi I am using AIRTEL boradband fixed rs 750 plan for biling cycle 5th dec to 5th jan got a wrong bill , in which it is indicated that i used data of amount Rs28251( out of which after deducting discounted amount its rs4412).I can see in the log the data usages are not correct. When I am in office and not using net, at that time logs are showing data usages, that is not possible and I am sure logs are wrong , so why should I pay just because their system is generating wrong log .Please help and advice.
I used my datacard in same trend I am using for last few months , so I am not sure how data usages exceeded , and even if it exceeded there can be slight variation , but 941703KB of data usages is not possible.I am using it for domestic(personal) usage and I keep track of my data usage. I informed about wrong billing to customer care , nodal officer and also appellate but still didnt got any resolution , they are telling its a system generated log so I have to pay, and i dont want to pay money for wrong amount.
Waiting for your response. I seek cooperation on above issue.
