I have a bill plan of 1099 and I have unlimited broad band usage and Rs 300 bill cap But in my bill airtel charged RS 198 for my internet usage and 896 for VAS charge. This is not correct so I called there customer care and register 2 complaints 4080944 and 437100. I called may times to airtel customer care all ways they say compint is still open. Now they gnrated this mont bill on 12/10/2011 and they repeated the mistake and they added late fee also. Airtel exec told they wont charge late fee? Do I need to go to consumer court to rectify the issue or how can I escalate this issue.
My airtel account number is 16563028
