I have purchased airtel broadband connection for my office use.
Now I have transfered my office to new location and i have requested them to shift my connection to new address but customer care person said, that will take 22-30 days. So it is fair that no one will allow for that much time and I have said him to disconnect my connection and he said that they will process my request. At that time I have asked for request number and he replied that it is not complain so request number will not generate.
Now today I got call from Airtel Legal department that I have outstanding of near about Rs. 4750 and pay it otherwise they will do case on me. No other noticed given to me prior to making this decision.
I have told that person that i have disconnected that connection then also I have receiving this call. Then he replied give me request no. So how can I give him request number if that customer care executive has not given to me?
I am ready to pay for my usage that may be pending due to billing period. That may be fore 15-20 days as I have disconnected between 20-30 of July month.
They are charging me for 3 months for which I have not used their service. And this is not my fault. That legal department person said that i have not called from that landline number. But I have only used that phone for broadband so how can i call from that and I have already shifted my office so there were no possibility of calling from that number. So i called form my friends airtel number. I can give that airtel number in private.
