So I applied for an Airtel BroadBand Connection 2 weeks back. On Monday their executive came to my place and installed the landline connection. He said that the wifi guys will come later to install the broadband. I got a call from the Broadband guys that they are out of Modem and I need to buy my own Modem. I bought a modem for Rs 2,200. The next they the executive came and tried to install the broadband and the modem but said that the line was disconnected from the exchange. Now the story gets interesting. Their executive came to me the next day and said that Airtel has changed its policy and the new policy is :

1) I can only use a modem provided by Airtel
2) Only those computers can run the internet where the modem software is installed. It will not run on my iPhone and iPad.

What the hell is wrong with you guys???? I am going to lodge a complaint in the consumer court first thing in the morning tomorrow.
