Against my airtel broadband no 011-41016468 , I had paid Rs.1433/- online on 28th April 11 , but due to slow in net i could not see the confirmation of payment .I paid 2nd time on same day for Rs 1433/- online and both payments been debited from my banker. Hence I had talked customer care , and they confirmed that if u pay 2nd time then it will be adjusted in next bill. But unfortunately Airtel is not updating the same payment and month after month all my booked complains are getting closed by their end without any agreement from me. Even no one calls me to discuss on the issue but complain closes automatically.
Airtel doesn't pay attention to solve my problem, rather continuously putting late payment charges and even disconnecting the service as a threaten.
Please advice
