Wanted to raise a complaint regarding the serious irregularities within the Airtel Broadband network.
It started from the day one. They got my name completely incorrect. I reminded them several times and still they did not change my name to the correct one.
Matters started getting worse from the second month. They sent me a bill of 4500 approx, to which I raised a complaint of faulty billing. Reference #'s 32920164 & #34842828
They disconencted the line on 22nd May 2010 for non payment of bill.
They sent me a revised bill of 7185 yesterday with an immediate payment date. With full rentals being charged for the month they had disconnected their service.
Looks like they just want to MAKE MONEY BY HOOK OR CROOK.
All this is harrasing experience and would request some one to take action on errant & arrogant biggies like Airtel.
