Airtel Broadband- no response since 1 month- App.no.- TBLR203945

Hi,
I had applied for a broadband connection on 5th March'11.
I had received a call from your sales person Shravan (9945322523) on 5th March'11 that there is a connection available in my area, and he immediately came to my office to collect the money. I reconfirmed from him thrice that are you sure connection is available. He said yes mam you will get activated in 7 working days.
Till date I have not received any update 33 days being passed.
When I called Shravan after 10 days, he gave me his manager's number Hariprasad (9845261697). He told there is no connection available at the moment but he is sure there will be some cancellation by 20th March'11 so after that within 2 days I will get the connection.
I never received a call from him(HariPrasad), When I called him on 22nd March, he gave me his manager's number Ravi (9845116280) and now this man tells me a new story that there is some problem in the cable and they are resolving and I will get the connection in 4 days.
He (Ravi) also never gives a call back, whenever I call him he will say will call you back.
2 days back he told me I will get the connection within 2 days, and will get a call in next 20 minutes but I am still waiting for that 20 minutes to get over.....
I am really frustrated with this process, if in first place there was no connection available why you people took the application....

Please act upon this.
