I R.K. Chopra, want to bring to your kind notice the fraud being committed by Airtel Broadband; I booked Airtel Broadband service vide CEF no. 2851994 through one Mr. Adil Khan (contact no.s 9810704785 & 9313465912 respectively) on September 22, 2011. He told me that the connection will be installed by September 25, 2011 positively; i.e. within 3 days. However, from September 26, 2011 I have been reminding him on a daily basis, but he does not have any answer to the non-installation of the Broadband connection. I paid a token amount of Rs.500.00 fro the booking of this connection as well.

For the last several days, I have been asking him to refund the Rs. 500.00 that I paid as advance; but to my utter dismay, I have been told that the money is not refundable as it has been already deposited with Airtel. Further, upon calling the helpline number 18001030121 to inquire, I am being told that the money is deposited with Airtel and we should wait for a couple of more days to have the connection installed.

Kindly help me in getting my hard earned money refunded ASAP.
