I applied for a airtel broadband connection on about 24-26th of july 2011...I paid an amount of rs 1500 to airtel sales executive...i waited for about 2 months and still no connection was delivered to me from airtel....then i was frustated a lot because i really needed the net access due to my placement preparations.... and then i requested for cancelling the connection and the refund of my money which must have been done within 40 days or something according to their policy.
but still i have not received any refund amount...i kindly request that my refund should be provided as soon as possible...my account details are...
