there are certain emails which i m sending to airtel customer care, nodal officers, apellate officers but nobody care about resolving issues there interest is only in sending the bill continuously, so im putting few of mails in the forum and wanted to have guidence from the team.

My mail :

Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention on above subject that from Last 4-5
months I have an Acount :16376553, In the name of Mrs. Bhawana Jhawar, Residing
at 70, Madhuban Colony, R.T.O. Road, Indore ( Tel No.: 0731- 4213704 ) and
from the day first We want Centrex Facility in that Number but I dont get it
till date.

I am very surprised about the shameless services of bharti airtel, I'm saying
this because of 20-30 reminder calls & complaint to your call center but
nobody even till date looking in this matter.,

The Last Complaint no.:4528360 to Mr. Anupam on Dated 22-09-2011 and it is
supposed to be solved on 24-09-2011 but no one came to solve the problem , the
2 nd reminder to Mr. Rakesh on Date : 24-09-2011 but problem was still there, 3
rd reminder is to Miss Pooja Date : 27-09-2011 she forward my call to Senior
Level Executive Mr. Yogendra at the same date and the senior executive assure
me that within 2 hours I will get call from Airtel team to solve my problem.

but after 48-72 hrs. I dont get any calls from Airtel team,

I am bringing to your kind notice that more than 100 days has already passed
but neither action has been taken so I'm sorry to inform you that I am not
using your phone because it dont get the Centrex facility in that so I am not
pay any single penny towards the outstanding this is my last and final reminder
to Airtel team.

Dear Rashmi,

This is in continuation to my letter dated 29.09.2011 addressed to you to look
in to the matter on priority. But as usual More than 4 days have already passed
but you have not taken any appropriate action on this complaint and another
dates given to me I fail to understand why you are not taking any action on
serious complaint like this and passing time by giving another dates to solve
the complaint, I have got many dates from your call centers and executive
already but except receiving the bills nothing solution came from Airtel Team
due to which another bill and amount is generated day by day without using your
phone

It is almost more than 100 days since this matter is lingering on and I am
subjected to unnecessary torture & harassment of attending and informing your
call center and executive time to time.

So whether you are solving my problem on priority or sending me the bills
regularly it is up to you, but I am assure you I will not pay any billed amount
towards this phone 0731-4213704, you have to accept this mail, my previous
mails & telephonic complaint as negligence of your staff and team and please
waver me the whole outstanding pending towards this phone, and if my problem is
not solved on the dated given by you i.e. 05-10-2011 than please remove the connection immediately.
