Hello,
I am using an Airtel Fixed Line (basically for broadband services). Last month I sgihted to a new house. I requested the Airtel Customer Service people (by dialing 198) to transfer my connection to the new address.
They said that it will be done in 10 days, and they will charge 300 as transfer charges.
One thing I dont understand in this. We are not going to use the fixed line for 10 days, so we would pay the bill for 30 days (even thought we used it only for 20 days).
And now, its already 11th day, and I didnt get my land line transferred to my new address.
I agreed for paying 300 rs, and agreed to wait for 10 days for getting the line transferred. But till now nothing was done.
I dont understand whats the cause for this delay. Whatever may be the reason, this is very annoying. Why should I pay the bill when I am not ALLOWED to use the services.
Can someone please tell me if we can file a complaint on this.
