Hi,

My name is Markandey Singh and I am the resident of Lado Sarai, New Delhi. I had filled the form regarding Airtel Broadband connection on 6th June 2011 after seeing some ad on internet. Then a person who name is "Masood Khan(9810135876)" called me regarding that and send a sales Guy "Mr.Sarit Gupta" at my residence on 7th of June, I filled the form for IPTV triple plan
Rs.1099(My Form Number - 2775681) in presence of my family member and his colleague "Shiv". They told me that i will get the connection on Saturday i.e on 11th June,2011 at any cost. I kept waiting till date. Nobody from two of them called me,only i received call from customer care regarding clarification of my documents. On Saturday evening I called Mr. Masood Khan then he informed me that there is some problem regarding the installing of my plan in the system (Again i am calling).Now he told me that i will get connection on Monday. But when i was calling him monday he was not picking up the phone. Then I called Mr.Sarit he told me that now there is Port Issue. I asked him that when the port will be available then he told me that its not confirm.

They told me to apply for cancellation. I tried customer care since morning but the customer care is also not working.

I have logged so many complaint till date but no body is giving me right answer. On 20th July i got a call from their customer care that my cheque has been prepared,will reach to me in 12 day but today is 5th August i have not received it yet. When i am calling Mr Masood, he is saying that my cheque has been refunded on 26th June. Whom should i believe. When i call to customer care guys they just hang up.

Please help out or return my check of Rs.1750 ASAP.

I had heard from one of my friend that they do not refund because same has happened with him also. He provided them cash.
