Mental Harassment and Wrong payment followup

AVANZARO has taken a lease line connection from airtel on march'10, 2 MBPS line, they have installed the same on 13th march'10. But since the day one services are very pathetic and worst, we have filed 10 complaints everyday regarding the connectivity, AVANZARO has already paid an advance and they have update the same on different account... and due to pathatic services we have stopped the services on 25th march'10, the same have informed to airtel account manager, but the account manager didn;t tell to airtel, when we got to know the same we sent the written request to airtel on 3rd april, but they have closed our account on may...

and now they are calling to our UK no, US no and all nos everyday and doing mental harassment, and telling to pay amount for those days, which we haven't used, i want to file the same case to consumer court now.

and they turned up to the director's home for payment. Director's are now under threat by airtel guys, and since then companies director are under depression. Airtel has done the mental harassment and mental torture.

They have called to our employees as well, which resulted employees has resigned and we actually lost the business. they are doing torture of all employees and director.
