I have requested Airtel customer care to transfer my connection one month before but they said it cant be transferred as connection is not availabe at my new colony. then I requested him to close my number. Customer care guys say wait for one month, transfer may be possible after this period till then no rental will be charged. After one month I again called customer care, again ask for cancellation, they again forwarded my request for transfer, and said if it does not happen it will cancel automatically. After 4 days I received a call and they said transfer is not possible, then I told him to disconnect this connection and send me a final bill.

But still this connection is not closed , but they send me bill with rental charges. I have left this place and no one using connection now. Today also called him to close. Again They said it will take 48 hours to close So plz help me.

The same problem is with me (Account Number:15718895)...Dont know if the Airtel has this kind of fashion. raised a request #363798 but didn't resolved yet even after more than one month has been passed...No Response from Nodel officers as welll....

I didn't expect such kind of service from Airtel!!!!
