Dear Madam / Sir,
I have given application for new airtel broadband connection, its been almost one & half month. One of the airtel executive informed me that, we cannot make any further action for that particular area due to some network issues. So immediately i have sent request for refund. Till the date i have given the request i have called approximately 10 times customer care number. Executive people promised to refund the amount & keep on promising one & other.They told they'l take complaint & take immediate action. But when today i called customer care number, he was like there is no complaint about this issue. Then i realised that all executive i have spoken in these past days they haven't given a single complaint, they just promised & igored. Even they said cheque has been dispatched from airtel unit, that too 3 times in 3 months. I have not recieved till now! I dont understand what the hell they are doing!
