I have an account with Beamtele. Few months back as there was some problem with my system i have deactivated my account after paying advance amount of Rs.400 for the month of october. Two days back i have requested to activate my account. Now the accounts dept is asking me to pay again Rs.400 which is not correct as my advance is already available with company.They are saying billing will be done from 1 st to 1st and hence the amount paid is already adjusted and i need to pay again an amount of Rs.400 to activate my account

hey are not resolving the issue and asking me to pay amount to activate accont which is unfair
