Dear Sir/Madam,

I paid Rs.3300/- money to Beam Tele Agent on Oct 8th with the cheque and they encashed the cheque on 8th Oct and laid the cables to my home but they never activated my connection and never shared the password till date even after several phone calls to the Help Desk (040 66272727). I spoke with Help desk several times and each time they said the issue will be resolved in 1 hour/2 hours/4 hours/24 hours but it never resolved. In fact, I spoke with the managers as well and they promised that it will be resolved in 2 hours but it never happened. I have also contacted the Sales agent (Srinivasa Reddy 9505021108) who collected the cheque and submitted the documents but he never attended the phone calls and also he didn't reply to my SMSes. I need your help to resolve this.
