Beam telecom Hyderabad is literally cheating , no proper speed, no proper resolutions,customer care services are annoying, Please take the action if any beam people are observing this site.

I have taken 512Kbps speed with 2400Rs for four months, from the day one and no downloads are working ,web pages are opening just like Cinema curtains, They are failing to give initial speed of 512 accurately and they are giving huge advts to cheat people. please do go in to their trap.

Morover they will hack your IP add and usage will continue with out your login..this is the great option you will get if you taken beam telecom.


Complained several times, but no proper resolutions but fixing the tickets themselves with out intimating or taking the feedback from us.

Please let me know if some one got the resolution with the same problem.

Dear all,
i had myself used Beam Broadband services earlier this year, for 3-4 months. Let me point out that the company employees lack a professional attitude towards work. Mostly they have independent salespeople assigned to different areas and these people are responsible for coming and setting up your connection- very irresponsible (behave as if they are obliging you)
(took us a good deal of phone calls and follow ups to make the fellow come and do the wiring and all.)
Call centre executives are least helpful as well

However as far as the quality of service was concerned, i was more than satisfied. I had opted for an unlimited 2MBPS connection for which they charged smth around 1000 or 1200pm, ( dun remeber exactly)....
Inspite of the fact that there was a fair usage policy, the speed was sufficient. and we were never overcharged or anything. Infact during that period itself, they upgraded their technology it seems, because of which they were able to provide us with 10MBPS speed for the same amount.
Speeds were so great that i actually downloaded a full movie in 13 minutes flat!!!!

Neverthelss the Quality of Service, Behaviour of Employees, Professional Attitude towards customer relation ; is really pathetic and Annoying.

owever the Biggest pro for going ahead with this is their actual 10MBPS speed offered at a mere Rs 1000.

Theres a tradeoff to be made....lest ofcourse, the beam telecom people realise the importance of Customer service and work consciously to improve it.
