I have approached Bharati after my father's demise to discontinue the BB connection under his name as no one uses the same. No Action was taken on this for the last 4 months till date. I have a serious of mails that I have collated. On the contrary they called up my suster who is anyways going through a mental trauma after our parent;s demise and tried tretaining the connection. I am still paying the monthly rentals however, there is not confirmation from their end, even after escalating to the nodal authority.
