Respected Sir/Madam
I am Sudarshan Lakhawat working as Assistant Professor at Amity University Rajasthan Jaipur, Ive got a new Airtel land line and broadband connection about 3 months ago My Airtel telephone number is 01414048314 and Account number is 15825185 . since i stay alone at home in Jaipur and reach home by 7:00 in evening from university, i was unable to deposit around 2 months of bill.i was never called before to remind about that but today ie on 22/09/2010 at 7:15 PM suddenly i received a call from number 911244183500 by Mr. GUPTA who pretended that he was from Airtel. he used some harsh words and threatening tone while speaking to me.
i made him aware that i want to pay my bills online but i haven't received any password and username at my Airtel site.then he replied "call 121 and ask them to disconnect your Airtel connection ,i am not sitting here for all this" .what a rubbish answer by any authorized staff .sir in this world of competition dont become complecent .
i want legal action against Mr.GUPTA .
IF YOU CAN ,KINDLY HELP ME. else Ive to forward this complaint to ministry of consumer affairs
